I use various methods to both align and keep your body and spirit in balance. As a progressive Holistic Therapist and Healer, I believe in looking at the person as a whole and working intuitively to get the most out of your session.
Reiki/Intuitive Healing Session with Cacao
Using a combination of the beautiful heart opening and softening plant medicine cacao, (herbal tea if you prefer), crystals, and Reiki/Intuitive energy healing to help bring the body and mind into harmony and cleanse the energetic system, releasing and letting go of stresses, or past experiences which may be creating an imbalance within the body. This appointment includes plenty of time to explore your reasons for choosing to receive Reiki and allow any insight to arise, ending with oracle card guidance.

Thai Foot Massage

A traditonal Eastern massage working on the knees, lower legs and feet. Thai foot massage works on the principle that there are thousands of sensory nerve endings in the feet which are connected to the internal organs in the body. This relaxing massage works on these acupressure points to release blocked energy within the body as well as dispersing a build up of toxins, creating balance within the body, mind and spirit. Organic coconut oil and essential oils are used for this treatment.

Indian Head Massage

This is an ancient ayurvedic massage that focuses on the acupressure points along the head, face, neck, shoulders, upper back, arms and hands. This renews and balances energy levels working with the 3 upper chakras as well as easing tension and stress and stimulating the lymphatic system.Â
This is traditionally a fully clothed and seated massage, however I highly recommend allowing access to the upper back and using a massage couch for ultimate comfort and benefit.Â

Hopi Ear Candling
A gentle, relaxing and non invasive treatment which can offer relief to problems with the ear, nose and throat areas as well deeply relaxing all of your senses. This is an ancient therapy, bought to the west by the native American Hopi Indians of North Arizona. Using organic ear candles made from natural materials, followed by a facial massage to assist with circulatory and lymphatic flow, this treatment has many benefits, including the relief of sinus congestion, relieving pain or pressure from flying, loosening and softening ear wax and relieving headaches and tinnitus.

A bespoke appointment, consisting of Reiki and any combination of Indian Head Massage, Thai Foot Massage or Hopi Ear Candling you like, or combine 2 massages together instead.
